Rancho Aparte is a cabin within a one-hectare property, with another main house where I live, in the middle of a beautiful park between dunes surrounded by old caldenes (typical tree of La Pampa), pines, cypresses and lots of vegetation. It is located steps from Avenida Perón, an avenue that connects Santa Rosa with Toay, which is why it is easily accessible since it also connects with the Santa Rosa ring road.
