Excellent stay and very friendly!

If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

This is my second time and really everything is excellent, without any complaints, I would recommend it with a closed eye.

For me the most important thing is the cleanliness and I loved this place because it was impeccable, then the location is more than excellent, Hector was very kind and allowed me to get in early. the only inconvenience is that towards very hot and only 1 living room had air conditioning. the other has a fan that solves. everything else super well.

The location was relatively quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. The studio is small, but large enough for my needs. The bathroom and the patio were large. The host was incredibly responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

We were going for an event in the north park and the location was accurate, very close to get to where we had planned.

Juliett is warm, friendly and always helpful... The property is in a fantastic location, a small paradise to relax and surrounded by beautiful nature. There is everything you need and even a fireplace and barbecue. I look forward to coming back! I already miss the property :)

The house is a very comfortable place, very clean, with items in very good condition and in an exceptional location: very close to the main park, with access to restaurants and other shops. I also highlight the excellent treatment I received from the host because I had a calamity and was very empathetic with the situation and flexible to offer us alternatives.

The apartment is centrally located close to 70th which has a lot of restaurants and touristic areas. Laureles is a beautiful area of Medellin close to other areas packed with activities. The. House is big and provided a cozy stay for a week.

Diego was a good host. It was an antento in everything we needed very friendly guards and above all excellent location, the apartment exceeded my expectations recommended 10/10 if I would stay again!!

This is without a doubt a great place to stay. We were a group of 4. We felt at home. Relaxing. It is located at a walking distance to everything you need. I noticed that the taxis are more convenient than Uber. We went to the Arvi’s park using the metro and the teleférico. In addition to the condo, we used the recommended private driver for excursions. I felt safe, and well taken care of. We’ll be back here on our next trip.

I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.

The stay in Alba's house was wonderful, Mrs. Ligia was always very attentive to what we need, the place complies with everything you need to be comfortable, the proximity to the stadium and the events that are presented there is unparalleled, it is an area close to everything with my good gastronomic offer

Very comfortable the apartment all I suggest is a A/C in the room. Because it's quite the heat at nights and the fans don't stock

I stayed at Gloria's place for almost a month. The apartment is really great and offers everything you need. The location in Laureles is just perfect. Within walking distance, you can reach the Unicentro or various restaurants or bars. By taxi you are in 15-20 min. at all important places such as Poblado, La Candelaria or in the center. Gloria is a great person, very helpful or immediately on hand if something does not work. As a tip, I highly recommend the cafe on the ground floor. There's a different dish every day. Super tasty and top prices. My conclusion is: I will definitely be back because I have found my favorite for Medellín. Thanks Gloria
