In this cozy house in Bosques de Tecpán we have 2 bedrooms with queen beds, with a full bathroom, closet and in the master bedroom a tub overlooking the garden. In the living room, fireplace and double sofa bed, this space connects to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. There is space for outdoor dining on the deck and a fire pit area in the garden. We have 4 enclosed and 3 open parking spaces. The house is 1 minute from Paseo Xejasmin and 10 minutes from Bonanza and Katok.

The Sabbatical House

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.)
