The depto is very comfortable, I went with my husband and my two daughters and I had prepared a crib with savannas and blankets at disposal. Everything is very nice and nice. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos, it is inside a building complex that makes it quiet and safe. The location is excellent, the only half loose was the fridge and the frezzer that did not cool the rest very excellent. I recommend

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!

Great flat , great location.

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. It is located in a beautiful residential area of Reñaca, a few minutes drive from the main shopping malls. In addition, I want to highlight Barbarita's kindness, who was kind enough to allow me to enter before the scheduled time, although I finally arrived later than expected due to travel issues.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

Francisco's apartment is very nicely located, quite comfortable, accurate and impeccable. We really liked it, since for the first time we traveled with our 2 year old daughter, so the security meshes and the air conditioning gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our stay was spectacular, the house is wonderful and the photos don't do justice to how big and comfortable the spaces are. The view and place are incredible, with a way down to the beach very close. The only thing was that the pool filter never worked and the water turned green and cochina but everything else worked perfect.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.

Everything is excellent, very nice and worried key. Super comfortable beds and everything clean. A pleasure.

The house is spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils, large pots, pans, covered, among others, it has a lot of space, the clean pool and the tinaja was one of the protagonists of the stay, it works with firewood that is obtained in the vicinity of the house, the host is very kind and responsive and always attentive at the time of arrival, the only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the presence of flies that hopefully they can fix, everything else is excellent.
