Great location. The main attractions were at a distance of 100 to 500 m. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We liked the open design with a living and sleeping area. Right outside the door you were already in the middle of the ambiance of Ouro Preto.

We had a stay perfect. Igor is super attentive and takes care of the space with great zeal and good taste. The site is exactly as described. We are delighted and we will definitely come back more often.

We love the stay! The apartment is very well located, in a central area that allows walking access to several points of interest, such as Café Palhares and the Central Market, which made our days very easy in BH. The entrance with concierge was practical and quiet. The space was super clean, organized and very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils we need. The view is beautiful and, in the morning, we were able to enjoy the surroundings on foot. It was a great experience, we highly recommend!

Exactly as in pictures! Extremely clean, large environment, full kitchen, great bathroom. Great garage and great location. One tip (kkkkkkkk): A full-length mirror is missing in the room. My girlfriend missed it. But that's it. I'll come back more often and I mean it to everyone.

The place is beautiful and has a privileged location, close to the village but at the same time without the hustle and bustle and excessive passage of people. Excellent stay, apartment with all new, clean, organized, impeccable! We liked everything in the apartment, there was a gym on the same floor. The only downside is the street itself, as it is in the center and a very busy street, it was bad for Uber to embark and disembark and there were many beggars. But it didn't get in the way of our excellent stay. Congratulations on your pleasant and well-organized apartment. It had a hairdryer, iron, we love it!

It is a building in the heart of BH, a true heritage of the city, very well located, with everything around, safe, with polite porters, helpful and gentle residents. The apto is ideal for two people, has a structure to accommodate well, I really liked the experience, stayed 30 days there and already felt at home and Evandro is a very good host! I highly recommend it.
