The house for rent is on the ground floor. The house is 1.2 km from the city center, near the park where Sudoktoberfest takes place and is 3.5 km from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a barbecue area and a large patio in the back. Note: one of the bedrooms has air-conditioning and the other has a fan. If you have any questions, you can call me, I will be available to answer.
