Beachfront holiday rentals in São Luís

I had the opportunity to spend a few days in this shared house.The environment is welcoming and well organized.The coexistence during those days was incredible.The house offers everything that is necessary for the day to day and the administration has always been available to solve anything precise.Recoming a lot for those looking for a quiet and cozy place. I'll definitely come back more often.

It was all very quiet, whenever we needed something, communication was fast. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Very comfortable and close to various gastronomic spaces and beach.

It is a very good experience, the apartment is not very large, but very functional and becomes cozy. Close to the historic center, the São Francisco bridge and with a bus stop practically down the street. The big house is beautiful, it's worth it.

An excellent experience, the apartment was very clean and organized, the host very helpful, from the beginning of the hiring to the exit. However some points were a bit frustrating. - There is an image in the publicity of the beach apartment where to see the sunset, but the apartment in yes has no view to the sea, this was very frustrating. Another point that made us very upset was the question of the structure of the building, the elevator was always broken (I was stuck twice, but it soon came back), when we were going to talk about the problem at the reception, they pretended not to know or said they were already seeing. But I want to make it clear that the apartment itself is organized, clean, and still left us some snacks. I definitely recommend the host and will be staying with them again when I return to São Luís.

The apartment in good location, but some problems like bad smell in the bathroom, from the first day, with a noticeable odor when given the discharge mainly, the rest are quiet.

The environment matches the listing, just behind the building there is a good beach for walking or even bathing for those who want it, the host asked some questions very kindly and the check in was very easy to carry out (this was my first trip and it went super smooth).

The apartment has a great space, the bed is one of the most perfect that I have ever laid down, has a great location, concierge staff always very cheerful and helpful, the ap is close to everything you need. Meones was a great host, we had some problems on arrival, but he promptly resolved and proved super solicitous to any need.

Fortunately, I had an unscheduled trip and counted on Graziela's care and help. As with everything that happens, I had to do an adjusted checkin and checkout, and I was kindly helped and had full understanding and attention from the host. All that was reported in the announcement was there on site, I arrived exhausted because my bus was late, but how good it was to arrive on a clean, smelly, soft bed so I could rest everything I needed. The studio is very well located, comfortable and contains all the necessary items to feel at home. The site offers us a good location, with an amazing view and full of services in the surroundings, with good restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, among many others. It is good to know that the host also cares to give several tips from São Luís, we feel at home. For a situation where you feel insecure, I felt very comfortable with all the attention and concern to make me feel at home, thank you Graziela.
