Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.

An outdoor balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs, accompanied by an umbrella for shade. Panoramic views of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean are visible, highlighting the coastal landscape and city below. Bright blue skies and scattered clouds create an inviting atmosphere.

This 2 double bedroom house has recently been renovated to a high standard and is equipped with all kitchen appliances and two multi-jet showers in the bathrooms. It's bright and spacious with access to a terrace and balcony where you have panoramic views of the mountains and of the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently located at walking distance to the capital's most popular hotspots: restaurants, bars, beaches and shopping centres. We have the best view of end of year fireworks display show.

If you have a car, there is free parking right outside which is very convenient. You will find that the studios offer everything that you would need to have a smooth stay during your visit to our beautiful island. We offer daily cleaning of the studio, except on weekends.
