Beachfront holiday rentals in São Miguel do Gostoso

Anielle was very kind and attentive. The house is great, spacious (I recommend taking a hammock to relax on the terrace, which is well ventilated), everything was clean, electric showers with good water flow, air conditioning working, the pool is a delight. The condominium is safe and quiet, everyone liked it very much, including my dogs! =)

The location was great, the house offers all the amenities for a full stay. I went with my family and everyone was super satisfied. Communication is very good, Laercio was super attentive.

The house is perfect and is in the Vila Isabel condominium, which is made up of single family homes, all brothers who live or go on vacation there. All are very nice, helpful and help a lot with tips on what to do, where to go, where to buy, etc. Thomaz and his mother Ângela were very helpful, friendly and always answered quickly to any questions. The house is even better than in the photos, as it is a new construction, with great structure, 4 suites with air conditioning and one more bedroom with balcony and hammocks, all very well taken care and in front of the swimming pool of the condominium, which is very good for children to play after a sea bath, which is just in front of the condominium. Incidentally, the condominium has the best location of São Miguel do Gostoso, just off the lake of Rua da Xêpa, where the main restaurants on the beach are very busy at night and great for strolling with family or enjoying with friends. São Miguel do Gostoso and the Vila Isabel condominium are all good!!

The house is very well-equipped, and new. And staying in an excellent condominium, the chef Vitória is also great!!! were perfect days.

The space is cosy, the decor is the way we like, artistic, rustic, with plants, trees, very green, and a very tasty energy. we arrived early from check-in time and we were welcomed by Cris. there are some kittens that are very quiet. We love everything!

We loved staying at Luc's house. The house is super well located, very close to the beach and the center, with great restaurants around! The house is well equipped and super nice! I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!

The stay was excellent, as well as host and her family. We stayed in the carnival, the city is quite crowded, many attractions and security. The location is excellent, about 3 minutes from Rua da Xepa, next to pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. The accommodation corresponds with the photos, the environment is clean, organized, and the TV and air conditioning work perfectly well!
