Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. We´re looking forward to hear from you!

Conveniently located within walking distance to Santa Barbara beach, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rustic modern home brings the beauty of Sao Miguel's earth, sea and sky inside, featuring a tall volcanic rock fireplace, local wood beam ceilings, open concept kitchen with farmhouse sink and stainless steel appliances. Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

ADEGA DO MOTA

Recovered house (old winery), integrated into a 5,000 m2 farm, with a wide variety of citrus and other crops. Great garden, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!
