BEMA FARM is the result of a passion and the desire to create a unique and special space! Here every hue of green tells a story, every tree holds a secret, and every stone invites us to discover the past, feel the present, and dream of the future. It is in itself a special garden composed of fruit trees and other species in the region. Each one is randomly distributed and planted in the most perfect way: by the hands of Mother Nature herself. BEMA FARM occupies an area of 1.3 ha.

Chalé Quitxiba

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.

Casa do Rio

Between the garden and the Papagaio River is Casa do Rio. A harmonious space with careful decoration in the city of Santo António on the banks of the Papagaio River. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen for guests' use. Breakfast included in the stay is carefully prepared and served by Tita, who visits the house every day for housekeeping and general cleaning. Relax to the sound of the calm waters flowing in the Papagaio River. .

Central location in the middle of the island, great for hiking, relaxing and enjoying the unique nature. The house is located in the small village of Picante with a large terrace overlooking the large beautiful garden, where papaya, pineapple and bananas grow. Here you can enjoy the peace and the unspoiled rainforest. Principe impresses with the pristine jungle with tree giants and a unique birdlife. Príncipe impresses with deserted beaches. Currently no wifi.

Casa Andréa

During this unique and peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. The house is on the edge of the rainforest, close to the Obo Nature Park. The beautiful beach is about a 10-minute walk from the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, but breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered. The house has a large L-shaped terrace with a magnificent view of the plantation with coffee trees, banana trees, citrus fruits and the distant ocean.

Casa Tzero

Friendly and pleasant T0 with terrace, located in the Campo de Milho neighborhood. 5 minutes from the airport and the beach, with a privileged view of the sea. It is intended that guests enjoy a natural breeze and the surrounding calm of the neighborhood. Very close to the supermarket, 5 minutes from downtown, restaurants, where you can enjoy the most pleasant flavors of the island and with easy access to the sights.

Located at 8 Km from the center and 1 Km of the airport. Oceanus Guest House offer all privacy and all tropical luxury you need for your trip in São Tome and Principe. We have a big pool and a private beach and a wonderful view to the Cabra Islet.
