Beautiful 300m(2) penthouse with a big terrace facing the bay. You can enjoy amazing views from sunrise till sunset, with the terrace being on three sides of the apartment. Situated on the 8th floor there is a cool sea breeze perfect for summer heat. Our guests can also enjoy a nice barbecue on the terrace. Ideal location since it's 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants opened till late. There is also a bar on the ground floor for our guests.

It’s close to the main road making it to easy to move around it.City center and the Bus Station are about 5 min on a walking distance. New flat, with terrace with full sea view. Near city center, and direct beach access. One bedroom (Twin beds), one living room (sofa bed 140/205 cm). Suitable for 3 adults or two adults and two children. Dish machine and washing machine, air conditioning and nice TV with Netflix on request.
