La Casona del Río

House: three bedrooms, living room, bathroom, dining room, semi-automatic washing machine. Food, in the pool, homemade food. (price to be agreed). Access to the river for bathing. Transport route: track, in excellent condition, from Guápiles. The barn has: two pool tables, screen, Internet and cable, and a very simple external bathroom. You can camp inside the building if you bring all your personal items and inflatable mattresses. As of December 2025, full service will be provided.

Bambungalow

Enjoy the love of nature - eco-friendly house in Finca Naturamor, El Tigre de Sarapiquí. Completely built of bamboo, it is ideal for birdwatching, hiking on the estate, visiting the farm with sheep and buffalo, and cooling off in the Puerto Viejo River on our private beach. The place consists of two floors, first floor with table, bathroom, wood stove, and garage. The second floor has space for camping. We prefer that you bring your camping gear, but we can also lend it to you.

You can visit amazing waterfalls like Golondrinas, Chindama and Río Blanco. Sarapiqui is known as the Rainfall experience, white water river rafting, biking around, swimming in the rivers and rappelling are some of the activities available. Puerto Viejo, Limon is only 2 hours by car. La Fortuna, Arenal is 2 hours by car.

We are located in Sarapiquí de Heredia, 1.20 minutes from the capital (San José), but in the Caribbean, near rivers, and nature reserves where you can practice different sports such as horseback riding or rafting and a variety of eco-tourism. It is a mountainous area, where we have secondary forest and pasture (10,000 meters) ideal for resting. We have a furnished Rustic Cabin, with all the essentials, except TV, but we do have WIFI and a swimming pool.
