Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. We have been privileged to live in this part of the Australian bush for over 20 years. Now that our family has grown, we are able to invite guests to stay in our cabin and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. Kookaburra cottage is situated in Kincumber South on the NSW Central Coast. We are surrounded by bush and beaches and yet have all the conveniences you need within easy reach. Apologies we do not accept infants, children or pets as our accomodation is not safe for them.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.
