The house is suitable for 1- 4 people and is equipped with everything you need, even for longer stays. In addition, sheets, towels and final cleaning and two bicycles are included. You will have your own patios with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a calm and peaceful environment. This upscale property offers magical experiences . Here you have attached great importance to the design and details, which creates a unique and modern atmosphere. On the souterring level there is one apartment and cinema. Bathrooms are tastefully decorated with Bricmate tile and Hansgrohe details. From the property you can enjoy a total view of the lake, which gives a feeling of peace and harmony. The patios are distributed on three levels with a total of about 800 sqm of patio. Stay in this fresh and nice guest house in beautiful Kullavik! Here you can enjoy beautiful nature, proximity to both Gothenburg and Kungsbacka and luxury to it with a private sauna. The fully equipped kitchen, fresh bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a sleeping loft with 2 beds, sofa group and dining table. Very quiet location close to both the sea and nature. You have access to your own parking. It is a 6-7 minute walk to the bus that takes you right into downtown Gothenburg.

Perfect for big parties! Unwind in this unique, peaceful, and spacious space. Here you enjoy a newly built, private villa located in stunning nature. Equipped with, among other things, sauna, hot tub, private boule court and generous areas with high ceilings. Mölndals Golfklubb is close by and is a beautiful forest course with 18-hole. Magnificent large villa by the sea

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet dead-end street and with 50 meters to the shallow sandy beach or swimming by the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops as well as is only 30 min by train or car to Gothenburg.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The house has a rowboat on its own shoreline, sauna. The lake views are magnificent. Netflix TV

Seaside idyll

Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to salty bathing, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost to the house route. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of room for the family. Our two cats are part of the family and fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves using a cat hatch.
