The space is very functional and comfortable. The house is year-round, warm and equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is also a goat in the living room. Each bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow direct access to the garden. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. The second bathroom is in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Large dining room. In the living room there are sofas and a smart TV. The area of the house is 110 m2, the garden is 1800 m2.

Here, every morning you are awakened by the singing of birds, you can enjoy the terrace with a view of the greenery, and spend cosy evenings by the fire. Cycle routes and hiking trails lead through fragrant pine forests to the sea. I offer for rent a year-round apartment with an area of 52m in the middle of a semi-detached house located in Sasino. The house was commissioned in 2025. The property is equipped with year-round, maintenance-free heating and air conditioning. A terrace, a shed with a fireplace and free parking are available. To Stilo beach approx. 4.5 km away, on the way we pass the Stilo lighthouse. In the immediate vicinity there is a football field, playground, shops, restaurants, church, bike rental, and a riding school.
