Beautiful loft in the stones, super organized, absolutely nothing was missing, super comfortable, bed, shower, fully equipped kitchen, super location, very close to parking, easy to reach on foot. This has allowed us to explore the old city giving us a truly evocative experience. Congratulations to Paola who won us over with considerable attention to the customer by taking care of her fantastic apartment in every detail. There's really everything you could need, including a lovely open-air patio. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Melograno! The place is located in the centre of Matera which was very convenient for my elderly parents. The accommodation has an amazing view of Matera, is beautifully decorated and it is exactly how is shown on the photos. Anna is a great host very responsive and helpful. If you are visiting Matera and want to be in the center of the Sassi, this location is ideal. The space is clean, beautiful and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. The kitchen is well stocked and Giuseppe left us snacks and beverages to welcome us. Note: Follow Giuseppe’s instructions on how to arrive at the apartment. GPS will get you there but on a much more difficult route to traverse with luggage.

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.

Everything was excellent, the apartment exceeded our expectations, the view of the balcony is a 1000, at night you stay looking at the Sasso and feeling you inside a movie. Luciano was an excellent host, he was waiting for us in the main square 50 meters from the apartment. I explain that doing very kindly, it also offers you to store your car in a parking lot near the accommodation and gives you voucher for breakfast!!! You can't ask for more!!! Highly recommended and we will surely be your guests again.

Roberto's apartment is a true find in Matera. In fact, it is one of the top Airbnb's that I have ever stayed in. Roberto himself could not have been more responsive and helpful. He was flexible regarding our check-in time, welcomed us in person, provided thorough instructions about the apartment, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is superb, directly adjacent to the historic center. Everything is walkable. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and well-equipped. Roberto even provides a complete continental breakfast. If Matera is on your itinerary, don't miss the opportunity to stay at this five-star apartment!

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

Petra and her husband welcomed us into their beautiful little house, really well cared for in every detail. They gave us a lot of advice and were helpful and friendly. The house is then located right next to a very good braceria recommended by the owners. We were also offered a great breakfast. Convenient location for touring Matera, Gravina and Bari.

This is an accommodation where I felt at home for 3 nights and 4 days. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, and the bathroom was very clean. They even prepared enough fruit and water coffee sweets, so I enjoyed it during my stay.
