Resort just near down to sunrise beach, very good location with stunning view, staff were fantastic helpful. Check in should find swimming pool( reception). Would highly recommended if visit Koh Lipe.

Super place to stay in Koh Lipe, right next to beach, very good breakfast, shops and restaurants are very close. Cute little house with AC.

Nice bungalow 150 meters from the beach, close to the pedestrian street and lots of restaurants. Quiet and pleasant area, very friendly and nice staff.

Great little bungalow, only a short walk to the beach! It’s not right on the beach which is actually quite nice as it can be busy. Was nice and quiet at night and a good price for Koh Lipe.

I’ve traveled Thailand with my parents, we loved staying at Family Song in Koh lipe that we extended our stay of 1 more week :) Cristiano and staff are really friendly, professional and welcoming. They also have a really nice restaurant, full of traditional delicious Thai dishes :P Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much for having us 😍 And I’ll see you soon ❤️

Very nice place in a very good location. A few meters from this beautiful beach of Pattaya. Nice restaurant with your feet in the water. Small downside if you want to party or even just chat with other people in the evening in your bungalow or its terrace you are not in the right place. Otherwise very nice

Air BnB was a good stay on Koh lipe , clean tidy and very close to the beach and other places to eat and drink would stay again and the staff there where very helpful and full of info

I had booked 3 nights since March 28 and April 4 I'm still there until the 6th, which is to say if this rental was at the top Everything is at the top, the welcome , the room and the bathroom , the location close to the beach , the tranquility, two big fans because the small chalet is under the trees in the shade no need for air conditioning , the excursion of the 7 isles and the snorkelling stops, the organization is the same In short, go there without a second thought, really.

It was a good stay at Family Song! Price is a bit high & the room could do with a few warm yellow lights to spruce it up & make it more cozy, but other than that, it was a comfortable stay - lovely surroundings, very close to the walking street, the whole Staff at the place were super friendly and even helped us carry our luggage to the Pier during checkout. Cherry on the cake is lots of lovely adorable animals at the property. The place has a very chill vibe, good crowd & we had a lovely time at Koh Lipe, recommended! ❤️
