Welcome to this 1930s villa with a charming plot. You rent the ground floor with an open floor plan and private entrance from the common hall. Separate shower in the basement. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream café, food hall and grocery stores. Proximity to Härlanda lake for a swim or a workout. You can easily get to central Gothenburg in ten minutes from the bus stop a few meters from the house. You can park for free on the street and for the fast, there is a bike path both to the city and out to charming Jonsered!

Near the city with the forest as a neighbor

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. In our newly renovated townhouse, you live next to Delsjön's nature area where you can swim in Härlanda lake, ride a mountain bike in the forest or grill sausages. If you want to experience Gothenburg city instead and maybe ride the Valkyrie at Liseberg or visit Alfons Åberg's cultural center, you can get to the city in about 25 minutes by public transport. Here you live comfortably and child-safe and can enjoy all the wonderful things that Gothenburg has to offer.

Welcome to Sävedalen! Close to nature, located just outside Gothenburg where you can use the good bus connections to visit the city. Bus stop is about 7-8 min walk. Härlanda tjärn is the closest if you want to swim or take a forest walk. The home is an entire floor of a house and has its own private entrance. One bedroom with 120 cm bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (WC + shower), and large living room. In the kitchen, there is also a sofa bed if you need it. Wifi is included.
