“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

The 'Boatsheds' at Sawtell beach is a fully renovated unique funky apartment. Nothing is closer to the beach, estuary, & headland. Walk out the door to surf, swim, paddle board, fish, or walk 5 min to Sawtell village shops, best coffee & eats. Sawtell cinema, pub, & club, feature in the small village like atmosphere. Also an easy walk to Sawtell main beach should you wish to swim or surf. Located directly behind Sawtell golf course for easy access to a game. Our unit is suited to couples and small families. Located in a quiet complex with everything you need to getaway and enjoy Sawtell.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
