Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is well suited for children or young people.

Cabin with view of Olden

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Gammelstua - The Tidehouse

This home has stood by the sea since the late 1800s, shaped by weather, tides and generations before you. Carefully restored, it blends original timber walls with modern comfort. The cabin is one of 4 self catering cabins/rorbuer beautifully situated on the waters edge a 5 min walk from the Flåm railway station/harbour. Best location in Flåm with panoramic views. The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. WiFi, Satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood burner, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave plus fully equipped kitchen. Free private parking. Australian/Norwegian hosts.

Renovated cowshed from the 1800s. The barn is part of a small courtyard and is conveniently located with a short distance to many national parks.
