Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Guests can walk to the most important monuments of this beautiful medieval town, wander through the alleys, and stroll through the green Umbrian hills. The availability of free covered parking adjacent to the Residence is useful, allowing you to visit nearby cities.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Ca Paravento - Cabin in the Forest

Casetta Adelina, casa nel bosco. Is a cabin in the woods, where you go back to basics but with comfort. Wonderfully quiet place among the trees, with a private terrace and a hammock. There is no television, no (limited) WiFi and no heating. But it does have a bathroom with toilet and shower and a limited kitchen (no cooking stove).
