The house is very clean and stylishly decorated. It is pleasantly quiet and invites you to relax. We felt very comfortable.

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation in Zandvoort. The apartment was exactly as described and in the photos – clean, cozy and very welcoming. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location is just perfect – close to the beach, town and yet quiet. Annette was a great host: very friendly, easily accessible and with great tips for the area. We will definitely be happy to come back!

A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. Karin's cottage is a dream! We felt right at home Sparkling clean, private, quiet and yet central for many things to do with various possibilities. The house is cozy, well equipped and large enough for 3 - 4 people. Karin is incredibly friendly, nice and helpful and easily accessible. We definitely didn't regret booking Karin's cottage - on the contrary: we were very happy about it. We will be happy to come back!

A hidden gem! Amazing peaceful and beautiful location, with a view of a lake literally from your bed.

We spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was there No requests for the accommodation remained unfulfilled. For families with small children, it can be said that a playground or the like is not on the property, but this has nothing to do with the house or the hosts. The bike paths around the house are a dream. Thank you for this opportunity to spend such family time.

Tiny House was a lovely stay for our family! We’re travelling with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 so it can be a bit tricky booking somewhere that works, but this was a really nice stay for all of us. Rik was really friendly and responsive before and during our stay. Everywhere was clean, lots of thoughtful things like spare bags for shopping, ground coffee, toys for kiddos and the little ones got to feed the chickens and pig too - they loved it. We were going to head into Amsterdam but we ended up staying there for the day. There were some lovely hyacinth and tulip fields nearby, we got to bask in the pretty suntrap garden and as an added bonus we got to see the bloemencorso float by the house in the evening - we were all suitably impressed. Thanks Rik for a thoughtfully appointed and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend Tiny House for travellers with children.

We enjoyed staying here with pleasure. Convenient to get in at the front door using a code. Friendly operators. The spaces were large and everything was present. We sat quietly and felt comfortable.

The house was very spacious with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the nice terrace and the nice beds. The contact with Henriette was top, very quick and got a lot of tips about the area. Lots of fun to do and see nearby the house.

It is one of the most beautiful AirBnbs I have ever stayed in. It is so chic, so trendy, so tasteful and Beau is the best host. She was always responsive, was very flexible with the Check-In, because we stuck in traffic. Beau’s place is amazing. I’ve been there with my husband and my parents for a short trip to the Netherlands to see the Bloemencorso. You get everywhere real quick and having the beach just a short drive or a 15 mins walk away is amazing. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and the kitchen is well equipped to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the most beautiful table. I stayed with my boyfriend and dog for 4 days at Jim's place. The almost direct access to the forest and lake, as well as the fast path to the beach were particularly liked. The accommodation was clean and exactly as described.

We were kindly welcomed by Annet at the agreed time. As we walked to the cottage, she provided us with tips and tricks in the area and the delicious Italian restaurant in Egmond. Rosaria's is highly recommended! The cottage itself has all the comforts. It is nice and quiet and from the cottage you can be in the dunes, on the beach or in the city center in no time. We had a great time and would love to come back sometime!

Great hosts overall! Their son helped us check in due to our late arrival and they stopped by the next morning to check on us! Very quick response times, always answered our questions in a timely manner. The space was super cute and very cozy, the owners left us some delicious local snacks and beverages making us feel right at home. We would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful weather Holland has to offer!

Frank's house looks like the photos. We felt very comfortable right away. It is very comfortably furnished. The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation and appreciate the proximity to the beach.

Great Location - near to the beach, many restaurants and shopping - Off Site Parking 15 EUR per night, acceptable for the region - 5min walk to the suggested parking area

the place is great, marleen was accommodating and easy to contact. we love that its walking distance from the dunes and the beach.
