Huge 2-bed/2 bath apartment on Monkstown seafront. Bright, modern and renovated to an exceptional standard. Main en-suite bedroom is very large and 2nd bedroom is also large, looking onto patio. Living area has entertainment system, pull-out sofa bed, separate utility and a den/study. Perfectly located in Monkstown village with shops and restaurants, and just a 1 minute walk to the DART, making it very convenient to get to Dublin city centre in 20 minutes (Aviva stadium is 15 minutes away).

Own door ground level private guest room, which is accessed via a key safe. Ideally located close to Deansgrange village, Blackrock and Dunlaoghaire. Comfortable double bed. Tea/coffee station with a selection of teas and a coffee machine. Complimentary biscuits and bottled water. Mini fridge with milk. Bath, hand towels and washcloths provided along with Botanika toiletries. Free Netflix and YouTube Underfloor heating and solid oak herringbone parquet floors. Free parking on premises.

The property is a newly refurbished 200 year old cottage which retains many of the original features including granite lintels and fire places. There are two double bedrooms (both beds are standard doubles - 135cm x 190cm), an open plan living area, wooden floors, and a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. Guests can explore the city during the day and retreat to and relax in a quiet home at the end of the day.

York Cottage, entire home near the sea

York Cottage is attached to our family home but has it’s own private entrance. Located five minutes from the sea with fantastic local amenities. Easy access to the centre of Dublin by bus (there is bus stop at the gate) or by train (train station is a ten minute walk). The cottage has a large bedroom upstairs and a sitting room, separate kitchen and bathroom downstairs. We will be available to meet you on arrival with the keys and point you towards all the great local facilities.
