Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. 28 ft deep 2 car garage, 8 ft garage door. Per HOA no Boats/Trailers parked overnight on street or driveway- MUST be able to fit inside garage. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. House is located off the parkway, close to the casinos in Laughlin, boating on the Colorado River, ATV'n at nearby trails or enjoy the community pool (unheated) or hot tub with views located 1 block away! Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ.
