If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

A wonderful stay in Fez! The accommodation is clean and very pleasant. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Bab Boujloud. Accommodation close to the center of the medina but without the hustle and bustle of the souks which is very nice for drinking tea, in the evening, on the rooftop terrace! Nisrine was very responsive and concerned about our well-being in Fez. She even booked airport transfers by taxi for us! Flexible on schedules (late check-in and checkout at the end of the day... we were able to leave our luggage to enjoy the last hours) I highly recommend Nisrine and her place...

We very much enjoyed our time in Fez and at Mohammed`s place. It is a beautiful traditional old house, with well preserved interior. Right in the middle of the old city. Ideal for our group of 6 visiting the city for several days. It is quite a challenge to find your way through narrow streets, but Mohammed was kind enough and arranged the transport from the train station and a guide for last 10 minutes of the journey, through the maze of the small streets. Mohammed and his sister were very helpful. Greeted us on our arrival and helped to make our time in Fez enjoyable - helping with tips for the places to see, arranging a certified (and knowledgable) guide, sharing the history of the city ... .

Great host! He responded immediately and even gave some recommendations for restaurants and helped us with the rideshare. It’s also in a great location under ten minutes to the market where all the main restaurants and shops are.

Me and my 3 sisters had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Riad. Clare sent us all the information we needed prior to arrival which was very helpful. When we checked in, we were wowed. The property was so much nicer than the photos! The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the rooftop was a lovely place for breakfast and reading. But the true highlight was the house manager Zahrae whose kindness, generosity and help made our stay so special. Selma and Hasna's cooking was also incredible. The two dinners we had at the Riad were our favourite meals in Fes. Overall we had such a wonderful stay. The Riad is very well located, safe, cosy, clean and is managed by wonderful women. I hope to stay again one day.

A very responsive host. The property is managed by a lovely couple who stay there too. They were there when we needed them and never invaded our privacy. The place was exactly as described.

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

Very quiet area, host is easy to contact. We really enjoyed our time at the property which was clean. We absolutely loved the contact with the animals . Definitely an experience to repeat.

Fantastic rural getaway! The farm was exactly as described - peaceful, serene, and surrounded by nature. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Special thanks to Saida, the incredible cook, who prepared delicious meals that made our stay even more enjoyable. Her culinary skills truly added to our overall experience! We were also impressed by the tasteful decorations throughout the property - the rustic charm and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with the outdoors.

State of the art villa with amazing views and privacy. Need a car to access, about 20 mins to nearest supermarket. Ali was super helpful. Few issues with the facilities but did not harm our experience- would love to visit again. Thanks!

everything is good starting to check in until the last day we stay 5 people with a beautiful place but maybe for the directions to get to the house it's a little less accurate because the point makes us confused

Lahcen is an amazing host—super friendly, very responsive, and always quick to offer great suggestions. The house was lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

What a great and luxurious apartment! It is exactly as shown in the pictures with a nice large balcony with a lounge set. Two large bedrooms with large beds in it and a TV, air conditioning, plenty of closet space. A kitchen with really everything you need: large oven, large fridge/freezer and even a washing machine. Pool view. All of this was kept tidy. There were five of us (3 adult children). One of the kids slept on the couch, but that was fine and there was a duvet in the closet. In the bathroom and toilet also toilet paper and hand soap. The arrival was also very easy, we immediately got clear directions to the correct cottage and the access code. We enjoyed the holiday and can certainly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time in this beautiful villa value for money very well the house is very beautiful the little cottage is very friendly and the pool is very suitable also for children over 4 years old the welcome and responsiveness of the host was great I validate and I recommend

We had a lovely stay in the farm. the house and the pool were all clean and tidy. we got to enjoy the beautiful views, the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly cats and dogs.. my daughter had a lovely time playing with them. Omar was always available and helpful.

The listing fits perfectly with the description. It is quietly located, close to a possible access for taxis while already being in the pedestrian zone of the old medina. It is decorated in a typical style of the place. It is very well located for sightseeing . Mohammed was very welcoming, then good advice for visits. I recommend it unreservedly

Super nice pace and surprisingly calm ! Loves the rooftop terrace and the unique appartment. Lots do to and see around, we liked Fes a lot :)

Very pleasant stay at Katrien's in the heart of the Fes medina. The accommodation is very clean and very comfortable. A haven of peace between 2 visits, especially on the different pleasant terraces at any time of day. Kateien was very welcoming, like the people of this country.... she organized at our request our transport from the airport and our arrival at the accommodation with the help of a carrier. I highly recommend it!
