Welcome to Karterud, a small neighborhood on the Segerstad Peninsula. The house is located amidst ecological fields, surrounded by berries and mushrooms in summer and autumn. It takes a 12 minute walk to get to the Vänern lake where you can take a swim. The house has its own water well and heatpump. In the Segerstad area you can find many historical find locations which go back to the stone age and later. This indicates people inhabiting this area for a long time with it’s productive land.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre.
