Enjoy sea and sunset views from our two balconies at the level of the tree canopy, with outdoor barbecue and dining on the garden terrace. Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. Can Xerinola es una Villa nueva que se encuentra situada en una Urbanización muy tranquila en el Parque Natural del Foix y a escasos 6 km de la playa. Se trata de un chalé nuevo a cuatro vientos de 225m2 construidos y una parcela de 1.027m2 con piscina privada de 36m2, barbacoa, amplios jardines y zona de juegos.
