Holiday rentals with a patio in Seia

It was a great location, clean and easy check-in/checkout. Having on-site parking was a bonus, although being centrally located, most places were easy to walk to. We really enjoyed our stay!

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

Well, what a nice surprise! A closely guarded secret! We chose to stay in Côja and at Francisco's house by sheer chance, we wanted a quiet place, away from the confusion and allow us to spend a relaxed weekend. Francisco's apartment is not only very well decorated, organized and equipped, but it also provided us with everything we were looking for. Beds are spacious and very comfortable! The pool is especially pleasant! We will certainly return and I am sure we will be well received. I recommend it!

Luis was very helpful. directions for self check-in were extensive but clear and Luis called to ensure we understood. location is across the river from main area but that worked for us as a bit quieter and still an easy walk or Uber. parking on site a great advantage. apartment is as expected. fresh apples a nice touch as well as some coffee pods. would not hesitate to recommend.

Recommended! All as described. Amenities clean and useful. Communication with Manuela is easy and efficient. Location: In about 10 minutes to the historic old town. We were in Guarda for 9 days at the end of March and felt comfortable with Manuela.

The place is charming, beautifully designed, and enjoys wonderful outdoor spaces that provide great activities for children. We had a wonderful time!

I am afraid I cannot express sufficiently fairly how amazing our stay at Casa da Cruz Alta was. The house is absolutely wonderful, comfortable, cosy; the heating, the soundproofing, the equipment, the details, everything perfect! Not only did we have everything we needed as the extras and the surprises were so many that our stay couldn't have been more complete. The owners are super friendly and attentive, being obvious the taste they have in receiving well and providing a great experience. The breakfast left daily was to cry for more. Thanks so much for everything, we will certainly return!

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Charming house full of everything needed for a relaxing time. There are beautiful walks around and great sunset view. The house keeps cool when hot and we slept like babies

You can immediately tell the love that Paula and her husband put on this little peace of heaven. The decoration is very rustic and they tried to keep it very unique. The view is amazing. The hosts always care for our comfort and we felt well welcoming. Thank you for everything!

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

“Elsa is a caring, kind and sweet person!” With this initial expression, we summed up our sentiment about our esteemed Host! As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra. The set of opportunities to live together and get to know, will make us return to Coimbra and, of course, again we will be staying with our dear Host Elsa. We present our thanks to the Host! Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

I was for the second time and I can say that it was perfect as well as the first time , everything clean and smelling for those who come to work just like I loved the bathroom because the super relaxing shower! Super indico ! There was nothing left to be desired!
