Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!

Agréable petit chalet à la campagne, desservant un grand jardin. Comprend séjour ouvert sur une cuisine équipée, wc et salle de bain au RDC. A l'étage, une chambre avec lit double ,une chambre cabane avec un lit simple et un lit simple sur le palier. Ideal pour un couple avec 1 enfant. Poêle à bois à disposition. Draps de lit et linge de toilette à prévoir par nos visiteurs.
