(Safety) There are no vehicles on the ground, so it's safe for children to play in the complex. Security guards are on duty 24 hours, There is a security device for the common entrance, so outside people are not allowed to enter. 1. There is free parking for 24 hours (multiple cars available) & electric charging stations (4 cars) - Line 2 Guui Station, Dong Seoul Terminal, about 5-10 minutes 2. "Body Friend Massage Chair" is popular!!! 3. Large 86-inch TV like a private movie theater 4. Latex queen mattress is provided in the living room when additional people are added & children are requested 5. Convenient "GS 25 convenience store, pharmacy, karaoke room, laundromat, beauty salon" in front of the front door of the apartment

Traditional Hanok Dongchonjae (for 1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok at Dongchonjae, an urban healing shelter. Welcome to Mokkoji, a relaxation area in the city! Mokkoji is a hanok guest house located in the residential area of Hyehwa-dong, Hyehwa-dong, the heart of Seoul. It is a 100-year-old hanok guest house as a designated business for tourist amenities in Seoul, and has been living for four generations. The host couple lives nearby completely separate from the space used by guests, and breakfast is provided. It is a quiet and cozy rest area, with a bathroom in each room, a cafe-style veranda, a 10-minute walk from Hyehwa Station, and there is a parking space for 2 cars.
