Before we start the session, we take a cup of tea and have some time to understand the benefits of the program, and we check our energy conditions.
I will check if my consciousness stays outside a lot, if I am focused on the inside, and what is the condition of my breath. We will check what we are repeating on our conscious patterns. Feel free to talk to the trainer if there is anything that you would like to repeat or change in your life.
- I take time to understand the pattern of consciousness, the breath, and the body's relationship.
- We have time to inspect the source of repeated patterns. Each person has a diagnosis of their body condition, breath condition, and accident pattern.
Each person is based on the birth year, month, day, and city (4 weeks) and have a good time to understand.
-Two outdoors, an external consciousness experience of entering consciousness through a dynamic meditation combine with Muyeon and energy movement. Slowly, you can feel the energy sensation when you focus on your body and breathing. When you're able to focus on your energy, you'll have an experience where consciousness isn't separated from your body, you can create an experience that relieves your mind.
When we feel serene and relaxed, we feel the warmth of energy, we can look at our thoughts and emotions as they are. And each question comes up with an up-and-coming questionnaire, and we're going to ask a question.
I look at the source of my negative pattern, look at the root of it, and teach them to get away from it all.
You'll feel relaxed, your consciousness will expand and calm your mind.
