Set in a lush, 4-decare (4,000 m²) garden, our lakeside house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 15 people, with a total of 7 rooms, including two suite rooms with lake views. Featuring a heated spa pool, conservatory, car park and a secluded location, it provides a peaceful environment. Our lakeside house awaits you for a beautiful getaway in harmony with nature. In accordance with lake protection laws, our jetty will be removed from 20/04/2026.

It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

We have a 4-car carport area in the property.
