This is a beautiful and brand new Villa, looks exactly like what you see in the pics. The hosts are really good, they were always there for each and every queries. The property is managed professionally. Very well equipped kitchen and hosts provided almost all the ingredients needed to cook a good meal, if you have elders who don't want to eat outside food. The villa has an elevator inside, so it's elderly friendly. The towels and bed linen provided are fresh and clean. No foul smell at all. In fact the entire villa there is really clean and fresh. Beach is around 15 min drive, variety of eating places with just 5 to 10 min drive. There is nothing much to complain about really! Overall our stay was really good and enjoyed thoroughly! Amit’s place was absolutely flawless! They even had a highchair for our baby. The house is absolutely big and super clean. The caretaker Man Singh was also extremely helpful with everything.

It was such a joy staying at their place. The house, the pool, and the interiors all had a personal touch that made it feel truly special. Everything was so well maintained — we were amazed throughout our stay. Greet and her husband were vibrant and wonderful to talk to. Her food recommendations were top-notch, and it was so refreshing to simply sit and chat with them. They instantly made us feel at home. We’re definitely coming back to see you both again!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

This is my second stint in this place. Beautiful property. its exactly like in pics. quiet very serene. the vibe is nice and very positive. Felt very good to stay here. comfortable stay. Raj has been super responsive. always available. instructions are well written so it's easy to settle. beaches are close so morning walks etc are easy. Restaurants are good around.

It was a great place to stay. The place is very beautiful, the host is extremely cheerful and a very hospitable person. He recommended us the best things to do, that made our experience memorable. The chef cooked great food. Barbecue is especially recommended.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. The house was absolutely amazing. Everything in terms of design , convenience, cleanliness. Spot on. The staff, Robin and Pooja, as well as the chefs Sujatha and Gangaram were amazing. Robin and Pooja were always available to help and very proactive. The owners and managers took a lot of care and thought in arranging this experience for me and my friends. The place looks exactly like in photos. The care taker David is always available for help with recommendations and any items from local shops. Sinquerim beach is close by and worth a visit. Few local restaurants are close by and good for experiencing Goan cuisine. The pool is well maintained. The amenities are top notch and definitely recommend the villa for large groups who wants to explore Candolim. The place looks lit with lights at night , very calm and great holiday spot

I recently stayed at this beautiful 1BHK villa in Goa, and it was an incredible experience! The villa offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and Goan charm. The interiors are stylishly decorated, with a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen. A standout feature of the property was the private pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring Goa.

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Goa, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in an aura of calmness and tranquility. The property is tastefully designed. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with every nook and corner sparkling with attention to detail. But what truly made our stay special was the presence of a full-time caretaker, who not only ensured that our every need was met but also treated us to delicious homemade meals! owner, Ritu was very helpful n responsive from the beginning , she even helped me with booking the self drive car. Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

The Villa was incredibly peaceful and cosy ! It was so well located near the city center, with many bars and restaurants. The view from the bedrooms and the pool was beautiful. The helpers were really helpful and lovely. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place !
