Little Paradise especially for familes with kids, big fantastic garden with lots to explore. Traditional menorquin architecture from 19th century in original shape- distribution of the bedrooms visible in the fotos, please mind the floorplan Perfect for one or two big families. Sonos Multiroom Soundsystem in the house and terrace. Great views Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Come and enjoy our wonderful Villa, where you will find large dreamy spaces. A huge garden surrounded by large trees, a very original pool of more than 100 m2, a tennis court, different terrace areas with sofa, hammocks, ping-pong, speakers on the terrace and pool... Two living rooms, one with an 86" TV and the other with a 65" TV. You will have a perfect stay, you can enjoy a unique environment, with total privacy and with all the luxuries.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN CALAN FORCAT

Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
