Rent farm 5, located on the Capivara dam bank, 5 km from downtown Sertanópolis (PR), with asphalt, containing 3 full bedrooms with double bed and 1 bunk bed, TV and air conditioning + 1 mini bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single and air conditioning, living room with TV and full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, barbecue, 8 x 8 m2 adult and children's pool, pool table and boat with 2 oars and 4 life jackets. Family atmosphere, not being able to use sound above that allowed by law.

PERTINHO DE LONDRINA. Você terá um espaço só para vc, com três quartos, churrasqueira, garagem, todos os utensílios doméstico e eletrodomésticos. Nos fundos, em quintal dividido temos nosso caseiro. É perto de padaria, supermercado e parquinho! Vc vai amar!

The apartment is close to snack bars, restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor and pharmacy. Air conditioning that cools the entire environment. Ideal for short and long stays.
