Chef Chase and his fiancée, Victoria, prepared two incredible dinners for our family, and they were truly a highlight of our New Hampshire trip. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and perfectly matched the cozy coastal New Hampshire experience we wanted. From the baked haddock and roasted potatoes to the creamy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and blueberry buckle, every dish was fantastic. Chase and Victoria were professional, warm, and genuinely enjoyable to have in the house, and they left the kitchen spotless afterward. The entire experience was absolutely worth the money. I highly, highly recommend Chef Chase and Victoria and would book them again in a heartbeat. Chase clearly has an amazing future ahead of him!

Pros: The food was tasty. The chef brought all his own supplies (food prep, tablecloths, plates and silverware, serving dishes). He arrived in a timely manner, cleaned up the space nicely. The menu was personal to our bachelorette event. Cons: I originally booked for 15 girls at a certain price, but a few girls could not come, so I asked to be refunded those girls. The chef said yes, but I ended up having to cancel the whole booking to re book, instead of being given a refund. During this time, he raised his prices, to and extra $30 per person, and he did not honor the original price I booked at. I told him multiple times we had a few guests with dairy allergies, and he made the dessert with dairy, with no alternative for the guests. He gave me a partial refund for this, but still this could have been avoided. Overall, the food and menu were great and it was delicious, but the business aspect of the booking was less than desirable.

Chase made a delicious three course meal for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. Every course had his own unique and tasty flavor to it, and all 9 of us were very satisfied and impressed at the end. He was easy to communicate with leading up to the dinner, giving different menu options, and was accommodating to the group’s preferences. He was professional with cooking, serving, and presenting the meal to us, patient with waiting for us to finish each course, and quiet and efficient with the cleanup process. This was my first time hiring a private chef, and Chase made this an easy process and we all had such a great meal and experience. I would highly recommend him! Thank you, Chase!
