The sound mandala is a powerful energy treatment that uses the sacred arrangement of bowls and their vibration to realign your chakras, release tension, and harmonise your whole being. With a bowl per chakra, the idea is to re-energise the body and mind, while cleaning what no longer has a place to exist.  Finally, the bowls resonate at a frequency that allows a deep relaxation of the mind, very relaxing for our overloaded heads!
