This elegant getaway, with no shared spaces, boasts an indoor oasis with a rejuvenating hot tub and a tranquil sauna, perfect for unwinding. A comfortable Silentnight mattress to relax. Step outside to our charming outdoor seating area, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine under the moonlight. This retreat is ideal for a couple seeking a romantic escape.

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The Cottage has been designed to provide comfort, space & tranquillity with its vaulted ceilings & private gardens & summerhouse & parking. Pubs are within walking distance & a nearby Forest to explore .

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
