A twin-bedded room with own entrance, en suite showerroom, fridge, TV. Continental breakfast served in main house and free Wifi. This is a quiet road with free parking, a twenty minute walk from the town centre and the station. Knole Park, Chartwell, Ightham Mote and other National Trust properties, as well as Penshurst Place and Hever Castle are close. Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
