Welcome to Ryasjö Lakehouse, a tastefully renovated lakeside house in a picturesque setting outside Sexdrega. Here, genuine classic charm meets modern comfort in accommodation that is perfect for those seeking tranquillity and nature by the water. The house commands a fantastic view of Lake Rya and offers a unique setting. Enjoy long evenings on the large balcony, which is furnished and equipped with a barbecue, with the lake as a backdrop. Just a short distance from the house, there is a bathing area, jetty, barbecue area, seating areas and a boat to borrow.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Close to the lake with wonderful nature around the corner

Nice little house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is surrounded by forest, mushrooms, berries and a lake. Fishing permits are available on site, and a boat can be rented for SEK 200 per day. Close to skiing and activity facilities. There is an option to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1,000. The house is adjacent to our main house, with access to a large garden with free-range hens. We are hospitable and happy to provide information. Cleaning of the house at check-out is possible for an extra fee.

Nature lodge

A 19th-century cottage close to nature is for rent. Here, you have the forest as a neighbour and a 10-minute drive to the nearest lake if you feel like swimming. The house is 118 sqm with a 4,500 sqm fenced plot. Pets are welcome! There are two double beds, a sofa and an air mattress to sleep on. If you want more people to stay in the house, that's fine, but then you need to bring your own air mattress and sleeping accessories. No smoking allowed indoors! Charming villa in the countryside with lake view!

Spacious villa with enclosed garden, ideal for those with a dog. Set in a peaceful, scenic location beside a small lake, offering opportunities for swimming, fishing and outdoor activities. Approximately 130 m² with 3 rooms, a WC with a bath and shower, and a kitchen with a dining area in an open-plan layout. Cosy wood-burning stove to sit by. Laundry room with washing machine. Cosy glass veranda and several secluded patios facing different directions. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

During late summer and autumn, you can take the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forests around the property. Only 50 minutes by car to the city pulse in Gothenburg, 15 minutes by car to Borås.
