Holiday rentals with a patio in Seychelles

Hosts were a pleasure to work with and talk to. Beautiful view overlooking east coast of Mahé. Several very nice restaurants close by with excellent take away at bottom of hill. Very relaxing location and would book again.

Un lieu exceptionnel qui vaut la peine qu on le cherche un peu, tenu par deux hôtes aux petits soins. Quel bonheur de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine et descendre à pied jusqu’à l’anse Takamaka.

Die Wohnung in der wir waren war perfekt für uns: voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer mit Couch, großes separates Schlafzimmer (dieser Raum ist der einzige, der mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist, was vollkommen ausreicht) mit schönem Bad und Zugang zu wunderbarem, großem Balkon mit Blick auf Meer und Berg: der Hammer! Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir toll, am Ende vom Beau Vallon Strand im ruhigeren Bel Ombre, und etwas am Berg für die Sicht. Daphné ist sehr will-kommend und der perfekte Gastgeber, sie gab uns viele Tipps und wertvolle Informationen zu den Seychellen, sie nahm uns sogar mit nach Victoria oder zu einem speziellen Strand, weil das Schnorcheln dort besser sei, sie organisierte eine Inseltour etc. Ein- und aus-checken waren sehr großzügig, vielen lieben Dank nochmal hierfür Daphné! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!! Ihr macht mit euren Gästen wirklich toll, Daphné! alles Liebe und Gute von uns beiden an dich und deine ganze Familie :)

Our stay at Daphnee’s place was absolutely wonderful! The home had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. You can tell Daphnee really cares about her guests; every detail was thoughtfully considered. While you do need a car to get around, the island is small and easy to navigate, so it was never an issue. In fact, having a car allowed us to explore so much more, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful and welcoming home base each day. Daphnee was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway!

Le logement proposé par Mirella est situé dans un environnement calme sur les hauteurs et constitue un excellent emplacement à Praslin. L’appart est fonctionnel et spacieux, sans charme particulier, l’espace à disposition pourrait être utilisé pour rendre l’habitation plus confortable (il manque un canapé ou un siège agréable) et la cuisine pourrait être plus équipée pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine, qui se trouve ailleurs dans la propriété, mais avons apprécié la quiétude des lieux.

Everything was perfect. The place is nice, cosy and very well located on the Eden Island. Our "corner" was hidden and surrounded by plants, while beach was right there. The host was highly responsive and kind. The apartment is very well equipped. We had a really great time and look forward to return back soon.

Loved my stay here on the more quiet side of Mahe… incredible view, comfortable flat and restful sleep. Recommended.

We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

Thank you for accommodating our big group of guests! We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very spacious and the balconies had great views. The cars for rent were super convenient too as we we were able to travel around town with them. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

Wir haben keine Minute bereut, dieses Haus ist wunderbar! Umgeben von einem paradiesischen Garten, schmiegt es sich trotz seiner Größe ganz unscheinbar ein in die tropische Landschaft. Es ist sehr geräumig und jederzeit luftig. Es besticht durch eine tolle Architektur und eine clevere Raumaufteilung, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und wahnsinnig gemütlich. Dazu der Blick auf das Meer aus dem ersten Stock! Annie ist eine wunderbare, warmherzige Gastgeberin. Sie hatte tolle Ausflugstips und vieles mehr für uns und wir fühlten uns einfach nur verwöhnt. Annie lebt als Gastgeberin auf dem Nachbargrundstück und ist sehr gut erreichbar, aber äußerst diskret. Gäste genießen in der Villa und dem Grundstück absolute Privatsphäre. In der Nähe liegen einige wunderschöne Strände. Baie St. Anne mit dem gemütlichen Fährhafen ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Danke Annie, es war toll!!

Superbe logement super bien équipé , hôte super accueillante, très bien aménagé et entretenu, nos amis ( qui séjournaient dans d’autres logements d’Eden Island) étaient jaloux de notre maison. On recommande vivement celui-ci.

Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

the place is great, it's big lots of room. all the rooms are big. lovely kitchen. the host was amazing. help is as soon as we got there. only thing was the location, it's not at Eden Bridge, it's on top of the mountain, I was disappointed at first, but it turned out amazing. you are close to the other side, and it's so beautiful on the other side. I will definitely book again. they just need to change their location on the app. but it's definitely worth it.

Das Appartment ist perfekt gelegen, charmant eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tips und Empfehlungen immer gern geholfen, Sie war auch sehr flexibel beim Check In und Check Out, wofür wir mehr als dankbar waren. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und neu! Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Pool ist klasse und man hat eine atemberaubende Sicht über beau Vallon! Wir hatten leichte Schwierigkeiten die Wohnung zu finden, da die Koordinaten nicht mit dem Standort der Wohnung übereinstimmen. Am besten gleich nach „paradise heights“ suchen! Es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen - wir kommen wieder und insgesamt ist das Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen :)

Lovely place in a good central location. The map that Air Bnb had was not where this is located—it is better, near a mini mart and near the anse source d’argent and lots of takeaways. They organized bike rentals for us and were super helpful via chat app to assist with bikes, taxis etc

The apartment is perfect for two, with a lovely comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and really good sized kitchen / lounge area with a great balcony overlooking the Marina and the hills. Excellent kitchen fully equipped (has a Nespresso so bring capsules). Eden island is a great facility and a good base to tour from. Some good restaurants (Bravo in particular), and four beaches on the island means you don’t have to go far. That said, even some of the best and most remote beaches in the south such as Grand Police are only 40 minutes away. Airport is 12 minutes. Communications pre stay were excellent, and the hosts provided all we needed to apply for our entry visa. Would definitely stay again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt: - sehr geräumiges und voll ausgestattetes Appartment - sehr sauber - Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür - kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen - Appartment ist vom Fähranleger fußläufig zu erreichen - ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, Bushaltestelle ist aber in der Nähe Wir können das Appartment wärmstens empfehlen.

Loved this place it was clean with great views and the listed amenities. Host was helpful in getting us a taxi driver and recommending car hire places. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless. Would highly Recommend a stay at this place
