This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

Our 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people it has an amazing playroom for kids, a pot belly in the large lounge with a pot belly fire will keep you warm on the cool nights. Watch the sunset over the beautiful view of the dam and into the valley. Only 15 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the famous Greens pool. We are just off the main tourist route of wineries, alpaca farm, cheese factory and much more.

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Ideal for launching your dingy. 5 mins from town, 5 mins from beach, 2 bed both with( open )ensuite, one with double bath (no shower) one with shower. ideal for adults. Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )

The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses.
