We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb villa room! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. Ruxana, the host, was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa’s rooftop was a standout feature, offering an incredible view of the Dubai skyline, including the majestic Burj Khalifa. The location was convenient and close to key attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Really great apartment, easy to find, easy to get into. Communication was fast and great value for money. Would recommend.

Everything was great & provided, from the basic essentials, interior design, up to the balcony with stunning burj khalifa view! We just had a hard time with the parking access card as it is not working. Security / reception / owner had an miscommunication and wont let us in everytime we get back to the place. In addition, WiFi is not that stable inside the rooms. 3 room does not have any ventilation.. Overall it was superb! My family enjoyed the eid holidays. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

If you are a family coming to play and want to experience the life of the average person in Dubai and you have a rental car then this is a good choice for you.The doorway to the house is a children's park and pool.There is a gas station in the community, Carrefour supermarket, pizza hut and grabbing restaurant.Except every time you go out to downtown you need to drive about 30 minutes, there are few drawbacks here.You can even have a BBQ party right at home if you want.Whether traveling for work or as a family, I would highly recommend here.The environment is quiet, clean and convenient to live in.

From booking to the last day, everything was just perfect! Bez was there for us before we arrived and took incredibly attentive care of all our concerns. It was particularly nice that he organized a baby bed for us at short notice, which was already lovingly ready upon our arrival. The room corresponded exactly to the description – we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. Bez was always available, not only supported us with questions about the accommodation, but also gave great tips in the area. His warm nature and helpfulness really made our stay special – it felt like you were visiting a good friend from the beginning. We are infinitely grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back and keep in touch. Thank you so much, Bez, for everything!

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

House was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. It's on a nice estate called villanova which is very well maintained. The pool is just a minutes walk and the kids loved it. Again, it was very well maintained. The host was really flexible with check in / out and when we arrived and found there were no cereal bowls, they turned up brand new the next day. Really repsonsive and helpful. Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

The property was very nice and new. It definitely matched the photos and descriptions. The bedrooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was small but very peaceful and had great walking trails. The hosts were especially attentive and communicated well with us the entire stay. They were super professional and polite and friendly promptly addressed any of our needs.

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home
