Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

Wonderful apartment and very good host

Daniel was an excellent host, throughout the stay he was there straight away with any questions I had. His accommodation was amazing, clean, spacious and very well designed. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to come to Dubai

The apartment was as described, just missing a coffee maker (mentioned in the listing though). The building is close to the beaches, the Marina and the Metro and on a quiet street.

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! I recently stayed and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was charming, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

It was my first time in Dubai, so I was a bit scared. But It was the best decision to choose this apartment. It is very nice and property,security 24/7, fast check-in, restaurants and cafes around, all activity’s only 10-15 minutes away. I would choose this apartment again.

An exceptional stay! The apartment is not in a better location, with easy access to the pool, the beach, and the JBR boardwalk. A lively and peaceful neighborhood. The view from the apartment is splendid. The host is very accommodating and available at any request. We'll be happy to go back!

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

The villa is very good spacious, bright, cozy very stylish and modern excellent equipment, dishes it was a pleasure to stay.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. We stayed for a week with my family at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, over the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information to detail and always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had an amazing 10 day stay in this great apartment. With two bathrooms, a guest toilet, two large bedrooms and great common area, there was plenty of room for both us and our guests. The view from the terrace is breath taking and is really worth the money. Taimur is a nice and informative host. He responded quickly to our inquiries, helping us with everything we were wondering about. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great spot within the Golf resort. Easy access to everything. Golf buggy hire is a 7 min walk and will connect you easily to the wider resort. Close to airport and city centre. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
