The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
