Two separate bedrooms divided by a private bath, a coffee bar and a dormer area where you can dine and relax while enjoying the view. One bedroom has a full bed and tv, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sleeper sofa. There is no kitchen.A microwave and mini fridge are provided. Free Parking

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).
