Thankyou Michael for allowing us to stay at your unit. We felt right at home. It was exactly as it was advertised. My girls loved that it was so close to the shopping Centre, which i don't know if that was the best idea from my perspective, LOL. All in all it was a great place to stay, and we will be back in the future for sure!!. Thank you again. PS - Loved the complimentary bottle of RED!!

We stayed for a family event that we had on and the house was kept very clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. The pool was amazing we wish we had more time to enjoy the pool but we had full days. It was close to the shops and all in all we had a great stay and I would stay again for future visits.

We have two daughters aged 1 and 4, this was a perfect weekend getaway that’s only 2 hour drive from Perth, the well kept cottage and garden had beat our expectations. Jane and Brad thank you for being amazing hosts, you made sure we had all amenities available to make our visit as comfortable as possible. Our oldest says the gnomes live up the road and the fairies live in the fairy garden behind the cottage. This place is magical and there’s plenty to explore for the kids, we feel lucky to have found such an amazing place, if it’s available don’t hesitate and book!!!

Chris was incredibly helpful and hospitable. She was always quick to respond. The home was beautiful and very clean and airy. It was comfortable and easy to live in. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Australind. Amazing pubs close by too - bonus!

Perfect for a short stay. House is spacious and clean. Really comfortable beds. Lovely rural views from the verandah and windows. Happy the dog will bring a smile to your face as will feeding the chickens and saying hello to the cows. It was nice to meet Dan and have a chat. Great location to explore the region from if you are after a small town experience

So luxurious a stay, while close to excellent MTB trails and trail runs. Even nicer than the photos, and we were there in summer. Beautiful high ceilings, natural finishes; thick wool carpet and timber floors. Lovely cool inside and insulated, as we were just night cooling, though AC is of course present. Lovely private views and deck, for morning yoga! Located minutes from Pile Rd MTB trails and also those at Wellington Dam. Highly recommend the trail run from dam to Honeymoon Pool, undulating and scenic. Henty Lodge is close to both and the driveway is certainly 2wD friendly. Very kind, generous and unobtrusive hosts in Michelle and John, and bakers of the most delicious dark chocolate biscuits. Sumptuous supplies and we wanted for nothing! Keen to return and will recommend to friends and family.

Dragonfly's Rest, and its owners, are both gems of the South West region. The house is immaculate, extremely well kitted out and was way above our expectations. It is quiet and secluded, yet also on the doorstep of some delightful drives and charming country towns. If you don't want to go out, there is plenty of space inside to do whatever appeals to you. The house has books to read and games to play as well. I loved taking photos of the sunrises and watching the little black and blue birds hopping about in the gardens outside the house. We also sat out a surprise tornado one night, safely tucked inside. The owner's house is nearby but faces away from Dragonfly's Rest, meaning you don't come in contact with anyone if you don't want to. The owners were discreet but checked in through the AirBNB message system to see if we needed anything. I noticed them going for a walk and went over to say hello. I'm glad I did because Peter and Leanne are delightful folk. We'll be back.
