Kirup Cottage is a 98 year former forestry cottage with rustic charm and a few modern comforts. There are two king beds or a king and two singles - please specify your preference on booking, a bathroom and separate toilet. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Relax at home or explore the surrounding wineries, local pub, towns of the Blackwood River Valley region, bike tracks and hiking trails. Donnybrook is just 17km north for all your supplies.

We’ve done a Reno on the gazebo on the lake so you’ll be able sit down and enjoy a wine overlooking the water. You can take a dip in the lake , paddle the kayak or try your luck to catch a red fin. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.

The Green Welly Farm stay

The Green Welly is the most beautiful little farm stay located within walking distance from the centre of Bridgetown, sleeping 6 to 8 people. The Main House has 3 x King/Queen bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. If needed, The Nook is the 4th Dbl bedroom/bathroom and is located in a converted cellar below, and can be added upon request. Stunning views of the rolling hills from the multiple veranda's, and 2 x pot belly fireplaces.

Barnhouse @ Birdwood Park Estate

The American style barn house is discreetly nestled in the secluded tranquil grounds of Birdwood Park Estate, a small seventeen acre hobby farm bound by Balingup Brook on three sides and the Avenue of Honour on the fourth. Stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills and brook are complimented by the impressive oak trees. Despite the quiet rural ambience guests are only a very short stroll from the centre of the Balingup village.
