Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Natural cleaning products are used and guests are encouraged to separate their food scraps to feed the chooks!
